This business kit includes everything you need to get SiriusXM Satellite Music for Business playing in your facility. The kit consists of satellite radio, docking, satellite antenna, and antenna extension kit that allows you to extend the antenna up to 120 feet from the radio.
The Onyx EZR Satellite Radio uses a standard RCA connection to your power audio speakers. Use split-screen mode on the easy-to-read high-res screen to see what other channels are playing. Choose from two display options (white text on a black background or black text on white background) and view artist or show name, song or program title, and content or channel information.
You can easily block access and restrict channels using the four-digit security code. Store up to 10 of your favorite SiriusXM channels or create your music channel from selected channels with the TuneMix feature.

- Subscribe to SiriusXM Business Satellite Service
- You can use an existing Satellite Radio or purchase a Business Satellite Kit from us.
- Install the player by connecting it to your business audio system.
- Install the satellite antenna (3 inches x 3 inches) on the exterior of your building facing north.
- Connect the antenna to your Satellite Radio.
- Your radio will update its channel guide and begin playing music
- If music does not play, refresh your satellite signal by entering your Radio ID.

Connecting to the SiriusXM Business Satellite Service is easy. We provide a kit that includes everything you’ll need to get the SiriusXM Satellite Service up and running in your business. The kit consists of a satellite radio, home docking kit, outdoor antenna, and 100-foot antenna extension kit.
Installation usually is quick and easy for most businesses. The satellite players require a small antenna (3” x 3”) to be placed outside the building. Once placed, the player will start receiving service directly from the satellite, bypassing the internet altogether.
As with the internet players, the satellite receivers connect to any audio system or phone system for music on hold.
How far can the antenna be extended from the satellite radio?
Our basic antenna extension kit provides all the adapters, line amplifiers, and cables required to extend your music antenna up to 125 feet from the radio for business. If your building requires longer cable runs, it’s no problem. We have engineers on staff that can build a system to support virtually any environment. If you have unique installation requirements, please contact our team to discuss the specifics of your environment, and we’ll get you exactly what you need.
Satellite Service: Can I install the equipment myself?
Yes. Understanding basic electronics essentially over qualifies you to install your business radio. Important to note, the music antenna must be mounted external to the building with a clear view of the sky. If you choose to self-install the radio, Dynamic Media will provide every part you will need to complete the installation, along with printed instructions and 800-phone support.
Satellite Service: How do I block channels that I don’t want to be played?
When you place your order, you will have the option to restrict your programming package to only channels that are considered “business safe.” This means that your satellite radio menu will only display those channels with family-friendly lyrics and themes.
You can even block more channels if you’d like. The radio can block any channel using a four-digit passcode. All you need to do is access the radio’s menu feature and go to town. This is a great way to limit your player’s channels to only those suitable for your business. Instruction for how to block individual channels is in the radio’s manual, or you can always contact Dynamic Media support at 586-978-4214 and an experienced technical support representative will walk you through the process in a few short minutes.
What channels are included in the SiriusXM Satellite Business package?
The satellite music package includes 69 SiriusXM music channels programmed and curated by the music experts at SiriusXM. The channels include family-friendly content with no advertisements. Pandora is not included in the satellite package but is available in the streaming package.
How does the SiriusXM Satellite for Business System work?
The music is sent from the SiriusXM satellites floating in the earth’s orbit directly to a small satellite antenna (about the size of an old flip phone) that is connected to your SiriusXM satellite radio. You do not need a computer or internet connection to set up or use the business satellite service.
Once the radio is installed, simply connect it to your audio system using the standard connections on the back of the radio.
Is the SiriusXM Satellite for Business easy to install?
Yes, installing your satellite system is very easy. There is a small satellite antenna about the size of a flip phone that needs to be installed with a clear view of the southern sky. We recommend that the antenna be installed outside for the strongest signal in business applications, but in some cases, indoor installation works fine.

Do you provide satellite radio installation services, and how much does it cost?
Yes! We provide professional installation services in all U.S. zip codes with our network of 8,500 certified audio technicians.
A basic satellite radio installation for a “standard installation environment” runs about $375. A “standard installation environment” is defined as a single-story building with drop ceilings, roof access, and the location of the antenna within 100 feet of the radio. The technician will run a coax cable from the radio located in the building to a suitable place for the antenna outside the building.
